After conducting research on-line, I knew I wanted a Honda Pilot in a particular trim line. I contacted Pohanka Honda's internet sales office and was put in touch with Ken Johnson. After confirming that the dealership had what I wanted, I drove down the next day, met with Ken and purchased the car since the first offered price was below the price I had already in mind. Since I had particluar needs (registration in a different state, mobility modifications, overseas shipment, etc) I was expecting to spend a lot of time at the dealership explaining what I needed and the reasons why. However, Ken became my advocate and did all of the required legwork to have the correct accessories installed, the registration done, and even picked me up from the train station so I could take delivery of the Pilot. All in all, a very pleasant experience with Phohanka Honda from start to finish and Ken did an excellent job. More

This dealership tries to con you into services that you do not need. They performed a brake fluid flush service at 56000 and then recommended it again at 67000. They quoted me for a wheel bearing that was actually included in my warranty. This quote included an alignment. However, when they went in to perform the work under the warranty did they do the alignment? No. If I walked in there however and paid for it, I'm sure they would had charged me for it. In my opinion, the service rep was trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman and he thought he could get away with it. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. More
