Our overall experience was wonderful. Edward was very cooperative and answered any questions that we had about the car that we were buying. The finance manager, Don was very descriptive about all the paperwork that we went over and made sure to tell us the pros and cons about the different gap insurance packages we could get without going way over our budget. He also offered us different ResistAll packages that we could recieve as well as maintenence packages. Of course, the price could ALWAYS be better (sarcasm) but we are very satisfied with the monthly payments that we worked out with the dealership! We are long-time Honda owners with three different Hondas currently in the family. (We had purchased three vehicles from another Honda dealer but there has been a large turnover of staff over the past several years and a downturn in service. We preferred to find another dealer to work with.) We contacted Pohanka and specifically asked for Steve Smith. We were on a time crunch and he accomodated us with a lot of information and a test drive in a very short period of time. He also knew that we were going to visit another dealer to try another SUV to compare models, needs and prices. I told him I could not work with pushy salesman and he was very mindful of that. Several days later we called to say that we were 100% certain that the Pilot would fit our needs and budget. Not to mention all the amazing extras. Last night we went in to finalize everything. The staff (and I mean all the staff!) were amazing. No kidding! We were in the parking lot looking at an accessory we were considering and Tim came out and spoke with us. Realizing some of our concerns, he went in and got the Service Manager, Mike Fink, and they both came out to speak to us. This was above and beyond. Meanwhile, Steve was doing all the legwork, paperwork, organizing and deal-making for us. He was honest and up-front with us the whole time. Then we went to see Karen in finance. She was great with a smile on her face even though it was 9:30 at night. Even the guys in the parts department were friendly. We got an amazing deal (trust me), and more importantly, the assurance that we have found a fantastic dealer that we will gladly do business with again...and recommend to friends. After confirming that the dealership had what I wanted, I drove down the next day, met with Ken and purchased the car since the first offered price was below the price I had already in mind. Since I had particluar needs (registration in a different state, mobility modifications, overseas shipment, etc) I was expecting to spend a lot of time at the dealership explaining what I needed and the reasons why. However, Ken became my advocate and did all of the required legwork to have the correct accessories installed, the registration done, and even picked me up from the train station so I could take delivery of the Pilot. All in all, a very pleasant experience with Phohanka Honda from start to finish and Ken did an excellent job. More

WOW! Just got back from there and so glad we found these guys. This dealership tries to con you into services that you do not need. They performed a brake fluid flush service at 56000 and then recommended it again at 67000. They quoted me for a wheel bearing that was actually included in my warranty. This quote included an alignment. However, when they went in to perform the work under the warranty did they do the alignment? No. If I walked in there however and paid for it, I'm sure they would had charged me for it. In my opinion, the service rep was trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman and he thought he could get away with it. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. More

I had been shopping for a new car for some time. However, I had failed to find anything that interested me. I had visited this dealership a few times, and while the sales people were nice, they were not that I had failed to find anything that interested me. On the third attempt to find something I liked at the dealership, Chuck helped me to look at a few models he thought I would like that were similar to the Civic I wanted but could not find. Out of all of my car buying experiences, this has been the easiest. The staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating.
