I recently took my 2005 Accord to Pohanka for an oil change. While I was signing in for the service, I mentioned to Kenny Burke that I was getting periodic noise from the front-end (brake area) that sou change. While I was signing in for the service, I mentioned to Kenny Burke that I was getting periodic noise from the front-end (brake area) that sounded like minor grinding. I had a concern that this might be related to a brake sensor warning, but the noise was odd in that the grinding was periodic. A.J., the service tech, completed the oil change, and then looked into trouble-shooting the front-end noise. Lucky for me that the periodic noise turned out to be a small pebble that had lodged itself on the driver’s side front brake assembly (stone against metal). The problem was solved and there was no additional expense. Thanks to both Kenny and A.J. I’ve been a Pohanka of Fredericksburg customer for 14 years, and I’ve always been satisfied with their sales and service teams. Thanks Pohanka. j.w. Well from the beginning, the car we came to look at just sold. So Steve asked if we thought about a new or 2011 Pilot. We didnt think we could afford that so we talked and did a test drive. So we left and the next day his sales manager Francise called with no pressure just asked what we were thinking, and I told him which Pilot I wanted and the payments to be at, he said he would work on it. Called me back and we got it done, I went in did the paperwork. I had to go to work, and this is were Steve and Pohanka went out of there way to give 100%. Since I had to go to work Steve drove are brand new Pilot EX-L to my wife and showed her all the features on it. The satisfaction I have for Pohonka I truly believe i will buy my next car for them. Dealership was very clean and the salesman I worked with (Greg Dean) was very knowledgeable, and very kind and compassionate. He understood what I was needed I needed in a new car. I get pretty frustrated sometimes when a sales person makes me feel overwhelmed or pressured. Greg did none of the mentioned. As a matter of fact I was at a Ford Dealership in the area looking at Escapes the week prior to buying my Honda, and I loved the car, but the sales person totally turned me off to it when he kept practically begging me to trade in my "paid off 2011 Subaru Tribeca". Anyway, I would recommend anyone, family, friend, stranger to do business with Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg, Greg Dean, and Sean Sovie. I would also like to add that the Finance Manager, Sean Sovie was awesome as well. He helped me out and explained everything to me thoroughly.
