I purchase my Lexus at Silver Springs (Darcars) and have only used them perhaps twice for maintenance. I haven’t used them because my Sales rep no longer work at this dealership, I’ve been using Pohanka for service shortly after becoming a Lexus owner. About 3 weeks ago my car loss power within seconds driving to work on the busy highway of 270 in Maryland. I was able to drive my car to Pohanka after stopping several times and met my service manager Shawn Prichard. I can say with great confidence that Shawn is a great asset to Pohanka Lexus dealership, my maintenance experience was the best I had since becoming the proud owner of 4 Lexus IS250. Shawn kept me updated daily to include weekends and on his day off from work. I was contacted by email, Text and several phone calls. After about 2 weeks battling the extended warranty company, I headed out of town for a business trip and prior to my trip Shawn promised my car will be delivered to my home if I am still away and yes he delivered my car Personally on a Sunday while I was away. I have never had such service and I would absolutely recommend Shawn to some of my Lexus owners, also he is definitely a positive asset to Pohanka Lexus, current and future Lexus owners. Thanks Shawn for a job well done. More

Amazing service from James I recently brought my car in for service and was greeted by James in the service department. I told him some of the issues I was having with my car an I recently brought my car in for service and was greeted by James in the service department. I told him some of the issues I was having with my car and he did an outstanding job explaining what they could do to fix them and even had one of the techs from the shop come out so I could actually show them. He stayed in constant contact with me while they had my car and everything was seamless when I came back to pick it up. I was extremely satisfied with our interaction and will recommend him to anyone looking for an advisor. More
Great Customer Service A few months back, I was in for the 15K service on my 2015 RX350, Raymon had quoted me a price for the 90K service on my 2006 GX470. Although the GX only has 75K miles on it, the 90K service was needed because 10 years had passed. Raymon remembered me when I returned to the dealership and, as always, was very friendly, very professional. He got me in, setup for the service, and had me out the door in a Pohanka loaner, in no time! Thank you Raymon and Thank You Pohanka Lexus. More
Bought certified HS250. Allignment was not good I was very impressed with my service manager. He kept pursuing every option to get my car into proper alignment. After trying a regular alignment, h I was very impressed with my service manager. He kept pursuing every option to get my car into proper alignment. After trying a regular alignment, he had the car test driven by a mechanic and it still was not correct. Finally he was able to determine that the rear axle control arm needed repair. Nice job Reza. I brought my Lexus in for service early sunday morning to avoid any form of rush and was promptly greeted by James Manikath. Not only did James take the time to walk me through exactly what my car needed due to the high mileage but he also took the time to ensure I fully understood every detail of what the particular service entailed. Throughout the course of the service James provided me with consistent updates as to what had been completed, what was left, and the approximate time of completion. This was by far the best service experience I had and would like to give kudos to James for being a true professional. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go see James the next time you happen to need service. More

I went in upset that my brakes were having issues on my GS350, and Chris helped facilitate the repair of my braking system with the Lexus Customer Service Department.
