I was greeted cordially and within no time wrote up the ticket and gave me details about the work and how long it will take. I was treated as a very special client. Couple of time he came to remind me of how the work was going and when I can expect the car be ready. It was a wonderful experience to know that he cares about me and my needs. It was a pleasure to work with James and he is the reason why I will go to the dealer when I have other options. He is caring, articulate, honest and trustworthy. He answered all our questions and recommended that we keep an eye out on the tires and get it rotated as it may have been over 5k miles since the last one. We often make it a point to schedule with James as he has been very helpful in providing the right level of recommendation in regards to service procedures. No games / In and out in just over 2 hours Cesar was our salesperson and he treated us very well. There were no games and the whole car buying process was just over 2 hours total! Weak Battery I brought my 2013 Lexus XR450 h in for the second time within 2 weeks. I was taking quite a few tries before the car would start. The first time I w I brought my 2013 Lexus XR450 h in for the second time within 2 weeks. I was taking quite a few tries before the car would start. The first time I was told by another young lady service representative, that there was no problem with the battery, but I could replace it for approximately $470. Within two weeks I returned with the same issue and Raymon Tanyos was tenatious until finally the battery was tested and failed. It passed on the first testing. Raymon got me a battery from other than Chantilly and provided me with a loaner and the warrantee covered the new battery. Even though it was my second visit for the battery Raymon ensured I had the problem fixed. More
