Poor Service Pohanka Lexus was the worst experience I have ever had at any Lexus dealership. I would not recommend taking your car there for service. I had the unfortunate experience of taking my car there. I received a shocking bill that was 800 over what was estimated because of their inept communication skills. Never authorize work over the phone for this dealership. This dealership is very poor at their communications skills. The service writer did not explain that the cost of the work was per side. The service writer implied the the total cost. The service writer never stated over the phone the total cost or per side cost. If you need to authorize additional services make sure you go in person and review a print out. When I did go in to pick up my car the one of the girls at the counter said we could take care of this if I was willing to purchase a new car. Watch out they will try to roll the cost in. I am not in the market for a new car nor would I ever purchase from this shady dealership. DO NOT TRUST Pohanka Lexus. More
Weak Battery I brought my 2013 Lexus XR450 h in for the second time within 2 weeks. I was taking quite a few tries before the car would start. The first time I w I brought my 2013 Lexus XR450 h in for the second time within 2 weeks. I was taking quite a few tries before the car would start. The first time I was told by another young lady service representative, that there was no problem with the battery, but I could replace it for approximately $470. Within two weeks I returned with the same issue and Raymon Tanyos was tenatious until finally the battery was tested and failed. It passed on the first testing. Raymon got me a battery from other than Chantilly and provided me with a loaner and the warrantee covered the new battery. Even though it was my second visit for the battery Raymon ensured I had the problem fixed. More
High prices but good service The prices here are really high. I've seen better prices elsewhere. Over $250 for a routine service. Plus they charge for loaner cars. My go to service advisor is Cliff Pak mainly because of his outstanding customer service skills as well as his willingness to go over every aspect of the maintenance procedure and any recommendations that might have come up. He is also very knowledgeable and an all around humble guy. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to ask for Cliff the next time your vehicle is due for service. More
