I took my vehicle in because the "check engine" light warning se Mitch Buster provided excellent customer service on my recent visit to Pohanka Lexus! I took my vehicle in because the "check engine" light warning sensor tripped, and the vehicle was due for regular maintenance. Mitch looked into a previous sensor trip for the same issue when the vehicle was still under warranty, but because I was traveling at that time and the out of state dealership I stopped at didn't have the part in stock, they reset the sensor. The parts/labor for the repair of the issue was now going to be quite costly. Mitch investigated options available, and was able to get Lexus to cover all of the costs associated with the new parts and labor, saving me hundreds of dollars. Though the service department was extremely busy, he got me set up with a loaner vehicle promptly. He kept me updated on the status/progress, and my vehicle was ready when he said it would be available for pick-up. I just wanted to pass along my sincere thanks and gratitude for all Mitch did to help me! More
