She was exactly right on all counts and our car was ready promptly. Following the service, Lagii explained the status of the brakes and tires on the car. We also really enjoyed the new lounge and waiting area. Lagii stayed beyond her scheduled work hours to make sure our car was ready. First-rate service! More
