I hope that this culture of "genuine personal care" at Pohanka Lexus Chantilly continues and expands. I have been a Pohanka customer for the past 12 years first with Acura and now with Lexus the people at Acura are first class service oriented personnel, my first experiances with Lexus personnel where a dismay about 5 years ago they made me feel like they did not care if I get serviced by the dealer or not, to the point that I wrote a complaint letter to Pohanka Lexus Chantilly.
