Exceptional Service! I do not live near Pohanka, but I make sure to hold off on the repairs and maintenance when possible until we can see Cliff Pak. My family and I prefer to drive so we have had the opportunity to use services from coast to coast including Newport (CA), Miami, Orlando, Dallas, and Colorado Springs. We have yet to come across anyone in any of the other dealerships that can surpass his exceptional service and care regardless of whether it is in sales or service. Cliff has always shown me and my family respect and courtesy that is lacking in today's society, especially in the service industry. We have been so pleased with our visits that we have referred him to everyone we know in that area of DC. Last year, we were looking for another LX and wanted to purchase one at your dealership so we could use Cliff. However, the inventory was limited for a preowned one with low mileage and had to look elsewhere for our purchase. We've been so happy with Lexus that several relatives and friends have one. I truly hope that Cliff Pak is commended for his excellent service and for the utmost care he gives to all his customers. No repair or concern is too small and every question and concern is addressed promptly.
