I will only take my car to the dealership when I know he is there. My first experience with Pohanka service with another service associate was NOT positive. The associate was rude, arrogant and spoke to me in a condescending manner. After my experience with him, I vowed not to patronize this dealership again. However, decided to give it one more try, which is when I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Raymond. Raymond is WORLD CLASS, total opposite from his arrogant and rude colleague who's name I will refrain from mentioning. Raymon Tanyos is the ONLY customer service associate I will go to at Pohanka. He has restored my faith in great customer service delivery and satisfaction, especially after a horrific first experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him; he's one of a kind! More
