I recently took my side view mirror off while pulling out of my garage rushing to get to take my son to soccer. I got up the next morning and made sure I got to the dealership when they opened. Much to my surprise I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello at 5:30 am by a service advisor,Shane Tabit. He put me in a loaner car and I was on my way with time for time to stop for breakfast before heading on to work. Thanks so much! More

If you want a true Lexus service - Look for James Manikath I have been going to this dealer for the past 10 years with 06 RX330 and I only work with just 1 person. James M. At least I can assure anyone that he will always offer services needed not more or not less. I am currently contemplating for a new car and I am only considering to buy another Lexus only because of this guy. Trust me, I have had xxxx with dealer services (i.e., rip off, dishonesty, etc..) Finding a person you can trust at a dealer service is like being able to go to a dentist you can trust - if you know what I mean... The Best I am pretty satisfied with the Service I receive every time I stop by Lexus.
