Navigation system problems I was visiting family in Fairfax when the navigation system display went blank on my RX350. I went to the service building without an appointment and I was visiting family in Fairfax when the navigation system display went blank on my RX350. I went to the service building without an appointment and I was greeted warmly by Raymon Tanyos. He was very helpful and got my vehicle into the shop quickly for diagnosis of the problem. Fortunately it was a quick fix and I was on my way. I would rate my experience with Pohanka Chantilly as very positive primarily due to Raymon. More
Superb Customer Service I recently came in to have my Lexus service. Normally, when I drop my car off for the usual maintenance I have to wait forever, but at this dealership I recently came in to have my Lexus service. Normally, when I drop my car off for the usual maintenance I have to wait forever, but at this dealership I was given a loaner car to use for the day. The Customer Service Advisor, Milton was very friendly and knowledgable about my vehicle. He went over everything with me in great detail and even checked in after the service to make sure I was satisfied. More dealerships should have great customer service. It will definitely be returning to Pohanka Lexus for my next service. More

When I needed help, no one can verify my warranty because it was outside the business hours. No one at the dealer nor in the service department can advised me what to do with my vehicle. Got the run around on the phone and in the dealer and service department and was told that since it was Saturday, which was their busiest day no one would be able to help me. I expected better customer service and friendlier staff! They seem to only help when you are purchasing but tough luck if you needed help later on! More
