Great Service Experience. I took my husband's car in today for a 30K maintenance service. I walked towards the left side of the room but I was pleasantly surprised to see the g I took my husband's car in today for a 30K maintenance service. I walked towards the left side of the room but I was pleasantly surprised to see the gentleman all the way to the right side waving with a smile. I approached him and told him what service I needed. He was very polite and informative. I was told how long it would take them to finish and again, I was very happy it only took them about half the time. After the work was done, Mr. Malik explained what was performed and shook my hand. I will definitely see him for our next service. Awesome I had an ongoing issue with my a/c which they were finally able to fix. I had gone back to the service center two times within a month to resolve the issue. Fred my service consultant was very receptive to the fact that I was not satisfied with the work previously done. During my last visit Fred was able to rent me a loaner, kept me informed of the work progress, and came through with his promises.
