He offered a loaner car, as I had several errands to run and kept me abreast of my service along the way. The icing on the cake was offering to install my wiper blade inserts which I had purchased at the shop. This act of kindness saved me both time and money. I have been a customer of Pohanka for almost 10 years and am rarely disappointed. This time I can say I was extremely satisfied. Thanks Milton! More

Amazingly surprised My wife and I just moved to the are from Tennessee. We came in on a Sunday (!!) to get our car inspected and for a recall. Paul got me all squared away, and while I waited, he noticed that my VA inspection was past due (whoops). In about an hour, I had my oil change, tire rotation, and inspection completed. Paul was great and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Overall an excellent experience. I will be back. Thank you Paul! More

Raymond Tanyos, the assigned service agent, was exceptionally helpful. He clearly explained the options and costs and set up the service. When advised that we would wait, he explained all the considerable amenities available at the site for those choosing to wait. He kept us apprised of the progress in the service, and closed our service experience in the same helpful manner with which he initiated that experience. We'll be back. More
