He offered a loaner car, as I had several errands to run and kept me abreast of my service along the way. The icing on the cake was offering to install my wiper blade inserts which I had purchased at the shop. This act of kindness saved me both time and money. Amazingly surprised My wife and I just moved to the are from Tennessee. We came in on a Sunday (!!) to get our car inspected and for a recall. Paul got me all squared away, and while I waited, he noticed that my VA inspection was past due (whoops). In about an hour, I had my oil change, tire rotation, and inspection completed.
