My experience to have met this gentleman is far beyond the good words. His ability to deal with the customer greatly exceeds anybody's expectations. The knowledge that he has about the cars is exceptional. He instantly took care of my problems. People, like him, are great assist to any organization. I would now, always go to this dealership for my 2 lexus that I have. Mr Mitch Buster surely turned me into a loyal customer for Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly. Next time ask for him to share similar experience as mine - cheers?? More

He takes the time to explain what will be serviced, the estimated time of the service, and the estimated cost. Asad was the service tech for my recent visit to service my LS 460. Asad promptly took my service order and immediately checked my vehicle in to be serviced. My LS was completed in half the time estimated which saved me some valuable time. Once again, a great service experience at Pohanka. More

Customer Focused and Fantastic Service Consultant I took our car in for service (unfortunately it was for a problem we thought was fixed before) and the service consultant, Mr. Raymon Tanyos assured m I took our car in for service (unfortunately it was for a problem we thought was fixed before) and the service consultant, Mr. Raymon Tanyos assured me that they would find the problem and take care of it. They did and the the head mechanic even came out to meet me and show me what the problem was and what they had tried to do to fix it in the past and what they ended up doing to fix it this time. Very professional and I always felt that they had my satisfaction as a priority, as well as fixing the problem so I wouldn't have to return again for the same problem. GREAT JOB, GREAT TEAM! I would definitely bring my car there for service and will also strongly consider buying my next car from them again (we have already bought 3)! More
DID NOT HONOR the deal told over the phone and incomplete Bought Rx350 SUV on last day of June. One of the sales manager confirmed the deal(the same deal which we were getting with another dealer) on the pho Bought Rx350 SUV on last day of June. One of the sales manager confirmed the deal(the same deal which we were getting with another dealer) on the phone, but when we went to get the car, the same manager and the sales person refused to honor the deal. It was the last day of the month of June and specials were ending for the 4th of July deals. The ONLY reason we went to them was due to the wide selection of color choice. It was too late at night to go back to the other dealer, so we ended up buying the car with lot less options than they had agreed and promised. On top of this they applied(they said they did it, but who knows!!) the point protection, but refused to include it in the invoice or provide any documentation that they have done it. We wanted this so that in case we will sell the car in the future. A week later they fixed a loose bumper(was little dented also), but refused to provide any document about this also. The sales person was not pleasant at all. They made us feel as if we needed them. I will never recommend this dealer to any one. More

I had a unique experience in that not only was Shane Tabit my sales person back then, but later he moved into a Service Manager position and he has been my first choice since I purchase my first IS350 Lexus. I now have a newer Lexus but Shane is still my number one choice and always will be. His attention to detail, friendship, and willingness to help explifies the Pohanka credo!! Thanks again, Shane!!! I found the pricing to be fair and all issues were resolved with my vehicle in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend using Pohanka service and Mark Riggs as your service advisor. More
Excellent Service I had an issue that needed to be fixed on my 2009 IS250. I'm so happy I took it to this particular service center. Raymon Tanyos was my service consul I had an issue that needed to be fixed on my 2009 IS250. I'm so happy I took it to this particular service center. Raymon Tanyos was my service consultant and he was extremely professional and helpful. He communicated everything with me ahead time and kept me updated during the time my car stayed in the shop. I will certainly return to this location for future repairs and plan to seek out Raymon. More
