I can only say good things about Paul and his professionalism and wanting me to get the best possible car for my "lexi" which is an RX350 and running in excellent form as the day I drove off the lot. He explained what I was getting for this service and I knew I was in good hands. I even commented on his dress shirt today since I loved the color teal. No matter who touched my car today --- all the personnel are top notch and ready to please and serve the customer. I have been faithfully taking the car in for every service, and I probably have Paul as one of my regular service reps.
