James is an amazing person who not only is knowledgeable about the service but knows how to take care of his customers. He makes you feel welcome and you can ALWAYS TRUST his advice. He has never tried to make us get something done which is not really required. His honesty and pleasant personalty makes you feel that you are in the right hands and he will take care of everything. James goes over and above every time we have visited the service center. He is the ONLY person that I feel comfortable when I visit this center. He treats everyone with respect and makes the family very welcome. His follow-up with the customers is immaculate. He takes the time to explain in detail WHAT and WHY it needs to be done. I usually don't let my wife go to anyone when it comes to getting the car serviced, but James is the only person I feel comfortable as I know he will be honest and will treat her with respect and make her feel welcome. Bottom line, James is my guy when it has to do anything with my car service. James has been exceptional overall and he is the biggest reason that I continue to go back to Pohanka service center. Exceede My Expectations on a Saturday Morning Went in early on Saturday am because my maintenance reminder was blinking. Service Consultant, Assad Malik, met me on my way into the service area, p Went in early on Saturday am because my maintenance reminder was blinking. Service Consultant, Assad Malik, met me on my way into the service area, politely introduced himself and responded to my questions about the maintenance reminder. He very quickly pulled up my record and gave me the options of what should/could be done based upon my mileage. He didn't push the most expensive alternative because of my mileage. I agreed to the specific services, he gave me the estimated amount and told me that it would take about an hour and a half. At one house and 20 minutes he found me in the waiting room, told me the work had been completed, escorted me to the desk where I usually pay for the work. Because it was unattended at that moment he asked me to come to his service desk and proceeded to handle the check out procedures himself. I then asked him if there was someone who could connect my cell phone to my radio/nav system. He walked outside with me and took care of it himself. Throughout the entire process he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He reflected positively on the entire Pohanka operation. More
