James Manikath is Awsome!! I have been a customer of Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly for the last 9 years. I am their customer only because of one guy there. I recently had an experience with him that gave me a good understanding of his deep knowledge about the Lexus vehicles. My Car started giving a hauling sound at the startups. I called him and told him about it and he immediately said it is the alternator. When I brought the car to the dealership the sound was not there. He did not want to work on his assumptions, so he said if it happens agains, bring it to him. After a few weeks my car's battery indicator showed up. It was the alternator. I took the car to the dealer ship and he fixed it with a fair price. He is extremely caring about the customer and updated me with the progress of the work. I have to tell you I am taking my car there just because he is there to take care of me. More
