warranty coverage of head lamp Had a head lamp replaced 15 months ago. last week I brought my ES350 in for service and asked them to check the lamp because it was discolored. I was told the lamp was out of warranty and a new one was $350. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I told my service rep that I did not know that the lamp had a 1 year warranty and that it had been like that for a few months. He pleaded my case to the warranty company and got my lamp covered. I really appreciate Mark sticking with me on this and following it through. I have been taking my car to Pohanka since we purchased it in 2007 and have always found the people to be friendly and courteous. More
Nothing less than stellar! I have been a member of NWFCU now for about three or four years. Recently, I had to purchase another car because I was rear ended. I kept seeing the T I have been a member of NWFCU now for about three or four years. Recently, I had to purchase another car because I was rear ended. I kept seeing the True Car promotions, and thought, this really does not help does it. I stand corrected. The last time I bought a car, less than a year a half a ago, I negotiated the rate myself, and it literally took hours to close the deal and then I went home feeling as if I needed a shower from dealing with the sleazy sales people, and the even worse post-sales by the finance team at Warrenton Toyota. This time, I decided to purchase a certified used car and used the True Car link provided a superior member benefit from NWFCU. I looked up the car, found what I wanted, and printed out the certificate. To my shock, I got the dealership and someone had been me to the punch on the car I was looking at. I thought, here we go, bait and switch. They had another vehicle, with yes, more miles, but also more amenities at Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly. I went back to the NWFCU site while at the dealership, logged in via the NWFCI link, found the car the salesman was showing me, and printed the certificate. I paid what I think was reasonable amount for a 2013 Lexus CT200h and thanks to the True Car, I got an extra $438 off the price they had. My salesman, Mikail Uyanik, was very helpful and did pull the usual high pressure and sleaze ball sales tricks played by most dealerships. Yes, this is my first luxury vehicle, and maybe that was the difference I thought. Without asking, they took care of some small issues with the paint, and made sure it had floor mats. Then, I had the pleasure of dealing with their finance team to the paperwork. Once again, I thought this is going to take forever, and here we go with the pitches and the relentless time to keep and mark up the deal. Nope. Gabriel Gordon from Pohanka made me realize not all finance guy are sleazy. He finished all the docs in about ten minutes, and I told him what addition I wanted (glass protection) and even the price I would pay for it. Done deal in and out. I wanted to express my gratitude to all involved, and when I have to do this again, I will use True Car and Pohanka again. I don't think I will ever buy new again when pre-owned you don't hit with the depreciation, and you get a car at a great value. Appreciatively yours, Michael Lee Davis More

Also,I had a chance to be updated by her call many times and review everything about my car's repairing process .Also,I had a chance to call her and asking many questions .Moreover, her astonishing knowledge about each parts of my questions made me so happy to feel that I am working with a proffessional consultant who has perfect information and options I can pick one of them.Her recommendations in most areas worked for me to make my decisions easier because its my first time having lexus..Finally,they fixed my car perfect without charging me any money(I paid nothing because they were so honest to tell me that my car has good maintenance service the company gives to the their customers).I really appreciate the lexus company because of having perfect staff like Ms.Graham. After the car is ready for pickup, he calls and informs that its ready for pickup. He is very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Pleasant service experience regarding a faulty battery issue I dropped off my vehicle to have a battery test done to see if the battery was defective. Mitch Buster promptly let me know that my battery simply ne I dropped off my vehicle to have a battery test done to see if the battery was defective. Mitch Buster promptly let me know that my battery simply needed a recharge and recommended the use of a battery tender to avoid the possibility of a future battery outage. I'm happy knowing that Mitch always has our best interests at heart. I look forward to working with Mitch for any future car maintenance issues. More

Excellent Customer Service I want to express my appreciation for the great service that Manikath James gave me last weekend. I brought my Lexus LS460 on last Friday to the serv I want to express my appreciation for the great service that Manikath James gave me last weekend. I brought my Lexus LS460 on last Friday to the service center for a service recall, oil change and inspection. I have been in the service center many times. But this time I met Manikath James who was my service advisor. He was very cheerful and very professional. He did the paperwork really quick, very clear and went through with me in details. Later on, he took me to the loaner vehicle, gave me the key and a warm good afternoon wish. Then James gave me a call on Sunday afternoon and told me that my car is ready for pickup. He kindly gave me an offer that if I want to return the car at 10:00am tomorrow because he knew that (on our conversation on Friday) my house is an hour away from the center but my office is just about 10 minutes. But actually I came in the service center 15' after his call to pick up my car since I was very close to the service center when he called. And again, he took me to my car and shook my hand before I got in my car. Manikath James has shown me his utmost quality in customer service by taking ownership of my car’s needs and demonstrating his professionalism in quality assurance as well as service satisfaction.
