Excellent service I had to take the car for service and the Service manager Mr. Asad Malik treated us exceptionally well. Within minutes he completed the paper work and I had to take the car for service and the Service manager Mr. Asad Malik treated us exceptionally well. James is an amazing person who not only is knowledgeable about the service but knows how to take care of his customers. He makes you feel welcome and you can ALWAYS TRUST his advice. He has never tried to make us get something done which is not really required. His honesty and pleasant personalty makes you feel that you are in the right hands and he will take care of everything. James goes over and above every time we have visited the service center. He is the ONLY person that I feel comfortable when I visit this center. He treats everyone with respect and makes the family very welcome. His follow-up with the customers is immaculate. He takes the time to explain in detail WHAT and WHY it needs to be done. I usually don't let my wife go to anyone when it comes to getting the car serviced, but James is the only person I feel comfortable as I know he will be honest and will treat her with respect and make her feel welcome. Bottom line, James is my guy when it has to do anything with my car service. James has been exceptional overall and he is the biggest reason that I continue to go back to Pohanka service center.
