FANTASTIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been using Pohanka Lexus for many years for servicing multiple vehicles and they are the best around. On my latest visit, I was greeted by a t I have been using Pohanka Lexus for many years for servicing multiple vehicles and they are the best around. On my latest visit, I was greeted by a technician to log my car in (electronically by VIN #) and was told to go in a see my service advisor, Raymon Tanyos. Raymond was very cheerful and quickly took the information he needed to check on my issue regarding shock absorbers on my 2010 RX-350 and quickly got me into a loaner vehicle and I was back in my office in less than 1/2 hour or so. Then later on Raymon called me to tell me that the issue had been taken care of at the car would be ready for pick up by mid-afternoon. I drove in, another person met me and took my name and told me my car was ready. The entire process was so smooth and professional, can't imagine it being any better. Kudos to Pohanka, and especially to Raymon for his professionalism and fantastic customer skills. More

I was expecting this to be an expensive visit, but Mr.Ballin advised me that Lexus was taking care of it at no charge. I am very grateful for that and praise Mr.Ballin for his honesty and promptness. Recent scheduled maintenance experience & tire purchase I recently took my RX400h Lexus in for minor, time-scheduled maintenance service and state inspection. My service advisor, Mr. Asad Malik, was cordial I recently took my RX400h Lexus in for minor, time-scheduled maintenance service and state inspection. My service advisor, Mr. Asad Malik, was cordial and thorough in his handling of my car's needs. I bought this vehicle new at this dealership and have always used them for service; I have been served by Mr. Malik before and expected his usual, highly professional care. Although the car passed the inspection, he physically showed me that the tires were within 1/32" of failing and as such, were becoming a safety liability. He gave me a quote on a set of Lexus-approved Michelins, including a promotional discount good for another 3 weeks, so I agreed to consider coming back. The car was ready when promised, as usual. I compared prices at Costco - they were about 3% cheaper per tire, but did not include a 2-year road hazard warranty Lexus offered, and they could not do an alignment at the time of purchase. So I returned last week to Pohanka Lexus Chantilly, where Mr. Malik handled the new tire installation efficiently, and even gave me a sizable discount on some needed rim sealing surface polishing that was needed for successful inflation pressure maintenance! I will remain a loyal customer of Pohanka, Mr. Malik, and all the other excellent service department staff. More
