We were extremely worried about the price for the entire job and the length of time necessary to complete everything. But in the end, we were pleasantly surprised about the affordable price, prompt service, and the friendly demeanor of our service representative, Mitch Buster. Doug Moutrie, the Service Director, Shane Tabit, the Service Manager, along with Kevin Phillips, the Parts Manager, consistently go out of their way to assure that my needs are met with timely and dependable responses. As a result I have remained a loyal Pohanka Lexus customer since I purchased my first car from them in 1992. I should mention that I am a bit of a perfectionist and may not be the easiest person to satisfy, but these three have never failed to meet my needs. More
