After he looked at all my tires they found a very small nail in one of them but he informed me that they could repair the tire rather then replacing, I was happy and relieved that he found what the problem was and Ala got it fixed in less than an hour. LS 430 Won't Start I came to Pohanka Lexus prepared to buy a new battery after my LS 430 had trouble starting. Freddy Earl advised me not to jump to conclusions and rec I came to Pohanka Lexus prepared to buy a new battery after my LS 430 had trouble starting. Freddy Earl advised me not to jump to conclusions and recommended an electrical check on my vehicle, which revealed the battery and alternator were fine. The car started fine at the dealership and they would need to keep it two or three days to replicate the problem. As usual, Pohanka Lexus Service takes a meticulous and analytical approach to automobile service that I find refreshing. The end result was no service or battery needed. What I find refreshing about Pohanka Lexus Service is they don't do service when it is not needed and they are truly honest brokers of service. Not every dealership can say that.
