Cliff Pak is an outstanding Service Advisor I have been coming to Pohanka Lexus Service for over 22 years. During that time I have had two service advisors, Kevin Murray and Cliff Pak. Kevin M I have been coming to Pohanka Lexus Service for over 22 years. During that time I have had two service advisors, Kevin Murray and Cliff Pak. Kevin Murray is now a Service Manager and Cliff Pak has handled the service for my four Lexus automobiles flawlessly and professionally since Kevin was promoted. I depend on Cliff to make decisions about when to make complex repairs and his advice is always correct. My 2003 LS 430 has almost 160,000 miles of trouble free service. Cliff takes the extra time to listen when I describe problems with my cars and makes sure that all the problems I told him about are resolved. I have never had a comeback with Cliff Pak and I highly recommend him as a super Service Advisor who exudes professionalism and always puts the customer first. More

Raymon Tanyos professional demeanor and friendliness far exceeded my expectations. Of special significance was his willingness to interface with the mechanics on the floor to address all my concerns and to provide satisfactory answers. I am looking forward to my next visit which will include the 60,000 mile service inspection. More
