I can't say enough good things about how well I've been treated, whether I was there for a simple oil change, a big check-up, or concern with a funny noise. Shane has been attentive, patient, and most importantly, he paid attention to me. A lot of people could learn a great deal from him about great customer service. I am moving out of the area and can only hope I find someone like Shane when my car needs to be serviced. More

Excellent service and communication I took my 2014 Lexus IS in for service when the maintenance light came on. Richard got me started right away and told me how much it would be. He was kind and very upbeat - which is nice considering it was late and my car needed a pretty expensive maintenance. He offered me a loaner car (which was awesome considering I worked with another Lexus dealership that told me I was on my own when they ran out....) and told me he would call me when my car was ready. I received a call the next day from Richard letting me know what the technicians found and when I could pick up my car. I was working late so he said that I could keep the loaner for an additional day and pick it up the next day. When I picked up my car Richard walked out with me and went over everything that was done to the car, made sure I got in safely and even wished me a great day. Overall I was very pleased with my experience here, especially compared to other dealerships that I have dealt with before. It seems that most times, they just want to nickel and dime you or get you in and out without any care to the fact that you are a real person and your car is something you dedicate a lot of time and money to. I did not feel that way here thanks to Richard and his team. More

About a year ago I purchased some aftermarket tires and rims from a local vendor; the vendor installed the wrong lug-nuts which caused the car to shake and drive abnormal. The service department identified the problem (which had the possibility to be very dangerous), and took off the damaged rims and replaced with original tires and rims at no cost. They ensured the car was safe to drive before handling over to me. They truly looked out for me and my families’ safety. The service was top-notch. Thanks More
