Although I probably gave the sales people a hard time on occasion, they were quite patient. I was able to work well with them as well as carry on a competing bid process by phone with another dealer. After a week of research, visits to try out the car and visits to consider an Acura (ride too sporty and too much feel of the road for our needs) and numerous conversations with sales ,we came to a deal we felt was fair. And after all is that not the best you can hope for in negotiation? Mike and Albert were most understanding and, in the end, convincing. I recommend them to you. More
