Mitch Buster has been great in keeping me in the loop of what was being done on my car and presenting multiple options for me to get the best value for my money. His attention to detail when I present my issues is amazing since I never had a situation where I had to come back an hour later or the next day with a complaint. I would recommend this dealership to anybody for services. Their awesome lounge area with big screen TVs and Massage chairs is an additional bonus :) More

Great Service, Great Communication, and Great Associate This is the third time I have used the Lexus Service Center. This visit was to address an issue that I previously thought was resolved. However, the i This is the third time I have used the Lexus Service Center. This visit was to address an issue that I previously thought was resolved. However, the issue re-emerged after two weeks. The solution appeared to be a loose connection for the hi beam of the headlight. After further investigation it was discovered the ECU harness needed to be replaced. Asad kept me completely me informed of the situation with daily updates of what was happening, and consistent progress. While I waited he even escorted me back to my car to show me what the technician was doing to keep me even more informed of the situation. When my vehicle was ready Asad called me and informed me of the charges and that it would be ready when I arrived. Asad made the entire process seamless and worry free. I highly recommend Asad and the other team members of the service center to anyone visiting. More
