My most recent experience occurred last week where my battery died. After getting my car jump started and driving to Pohanka Lexus, it was about 10:40pm (20 minutes until closing). I asked Chris if it was possible to have the service completed that night, and he immediately asked one of the technicians if they could stay to replace the battery. The technician willingly accepted and the service was completed within 20 minutes. Although getting a loaner vehicle would have been acceptable, having the service performed that night saved me the inconvenience of having to uninstall a carseat, and having to return the next day.
