The price for the tires, balancing and alignment were very competitive with other sources nearby, and they actually had them in stock. The time estimate for the work was right on with how long it actually took. He also gave me all the paperwork needed to easily send in for the tire manufacturer's rebate now in effect. The invoice also listed everything involved in the 45k mile service. More

We were interested in a certified pre-owned Lexus GX460, but did not find what we were looking for on our first visit. Our salesperson, Fatek Karam, spent a lot of time understanding what we wanted and later let us know when a matching vehicle became available. After test driving this vehicle, we had some concerns about the car slightly pulling to the right. Tek immediately had an alignment performed on the vehicle, after which we test drove it again and confirmed that the problem had been resolved. We purchased the vehicle an, a few days later, discovered an issue with the driver’s side mirror. Pohanka fixed the issue quickly and delivered excellent customer service at all points in the experience.
