Car mileage was discussed to be 24K but when we started discussing the cost, sales rep said it’s 37K will costed more. 3. Sales managers were good. 4. CarPlay was explained to be always present after 2019. Cost was not explained. In the end when we saw car play was not available during presentation. Sales rep said it costs 2,500$ And you need to go to service department and schedule. It’s a different department and he said he cannot help. Manager said we can give you at their cost 1,800$. But at this point of time, credibility was lost. 5. After sale experience was not good. It felt like sales rep received his pay check, so he didn’t care anymore. More

I bought a 2022 Lexus NX350h from this dealership on 05/05/22. The financial manager Jimmy Zayad sold me a warranty called ECP plus for over 900$. I then realized that the warranty actually only cove 05/05/22. The financial manager Jimmy Zayad sold me a warranty called ECP plus for over 900$. I then realized that the warranty actually only cover damage by weather so I decided to cancel it. However the dealership told me that the warranty cannot be canceled once applied. I was not informed by the financial manager when I bought it and I just bought it within a week. I think this is FRAUD and I suggest you not doing any business with this dealership. More

Sold me a car with an oil leak, and differential fluid leak. When I had it fixed, they told me that their warranty doesn't cover it because I didn't bring the car to them first. The worst car dealership in Northern VA! They lie and don’t follow through. They didn’t fix my breaks and lie about ever assessing the poor paint job! They said they cleaned the car and looked at the paint job but when I picked up my car it was still dirty from all the snow so how did they determine the paint job was fine? This is the worst General Manager and his team do not go to this Lexus Dealership go somewhere else! Buy a BMW!! More
