Sold me a car with an oil leak, and differential fluid leak. When I had it fixed, they told me that their warranty doesn't cover it because I didn't bring the car to them first. The worst car dealership in Northern VA! They lie and don’t follow through. The General Manager promised to remedy after I purchased my car a bad paint job, bad breaks, and then his sales and maintenance don’t follow through. They didn’t fix my breaks and lie about ever assessing the poor paint job! They said they cleaned the car and looked at the paint job but when I picked up my car it was still dirty from all the snow so how did they determine the paint job was fine? This is the worst General Manager and his team do not go to this Lexus Dealership go somewhere else! Buy a BMW!! More
Worst Service department I ever dealth with. I have tried al most three weeks to get my Lexus to be serviced at this dealership. I owned four new cars. Honda, Toyota, Acura & Lexus. The reason they are the only one around us and they really don't care since there so many customer around. I made multiple calls to the dealership for first service but no repsonse at all. They don't care. I will get ride of my lexus as soon as possible and buy Electric so that I don't have to deal this people. I purchased a new RX450H F-sport from Pohanka in 2019. The maintenance service has been great until recently. Since the past 2 services, service loaners are no longer complementary. Do not believe the sales team when they say the loaner is free due to purchasing a new vehicle from them. Do not believe the service advisor when they say its is complementary due to recall campaign work. You will be charged for the loaner. Extremely disappointing of Lexus. So, reconsider if you are looking for a premium car brand and especially do not consider Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly. More

SHOP AROUND AND DON’T FALL FOR THEIR SALES TACTICS!!! Make sure to check other local Lexus dealerships before contacting this place as you’ll see they are on the higher end of pricing for no apparent rea Make sure to check other local Lexus dealerships before contacting this place as you’ll see they are on the higher end of pricing for no apparent reason. I was in the market for a GS350, which they had, along with Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria. Both vehicles were same year, same certified pre-owned, almost same packages but for some reason Pohanka’s is listed $3k more and has 6k more miles. I contacted them and worked with Velinda Price and asked why the price difference and if they could price match. Considering the other one had less miles, you’d think they’d not only price match, but they’d beat the other price. Velinda states they don’t know why Lindsay’s car is priced that low and proceeds to go over how much better their car is due to the white paint. I send her another listing from Mercedes of Annapolis in white priced almost exactly as Lindsay’s to show what the market seems to be for it. “Well that one is not certified like ours,” is her response. So is it the paint or the certification? I then ask twice to work with a different salesperson and even one of them says, “I’m not sure why ours is priced higher. The market dictates the price.” I get a text back from both sales consultants saying I need to stick with Velinda. Quick google search of her name and shows her as a Sales Director for a sister dealership company; so I can only assume she pulled rank on the other two and I had no choice but to work with her. She continues to call/text with the hard sell and does the usual “how about If I lower it it xx amount can you come in? .... That’s a good deal, do you want to come in? ... Asking my manager to lower it was like pulling teeth, when do you want to come in? ... We’re not really that far apart, did you want to stop by?” She was really pressed to get me in their dealership. After telling her my out the door price from Annapolis, she says, “double check that number before driving all the way there. That number doesn’t sound realistic.” But her most insulting reply to me after trying to justify their out the door price was, “what’s there to think about?” Well, Velinda, it’s a big purchase and I’m trying to think why would I pay for an overpriced vehicle. I finally stop responding and on my way to purchase the Annapolis GS350 I get another text from Velinda with yet another sales tactic, “just want to let you know the GS will probably be sold between now and Sunday... let me know if you’d like to come in for a test drive.” The dealership itself is nice as my wife and I purchased a vehicle there in the past but having to deal with this sales director has left a sour taste in our mouths and we will be going to Lindsay directly. Just be sure to shop around and don’t believe you have no other options as she makes you believe. More
