Asad Malik is one of the best CS I always visit Pohanka of Chantilly to get my ES 350 serviced and one of the main reasons is their customer service. Asad Malik is one of the best CS reps at the service center along with Paul. On my most recent trip Asad greeted me and asked me for the service that I needed. He gave me accurate estimates and approximate time it would take my car to be serviced. Asad also told me about the new lounge area which is beautiful but still under construction. I was happy to see my car serviced, washed and clean within an hour. It is a cold and windy day and Asad requested one of the service men to promptly bring my car so that I don’t have to wait.
