He asked for my key fob and it was a quick, clean process of getting me processed and got the 20,000 mile maintenance underway, He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I walked out 90 minutes later, as promised, with a free wash and curb service. I would recommend Reza and Pohanka for any Lexus service and I will shop Pohanka for my next car as well. More

Above and beyond Reza went out of his way to get my car back on the road with a brand new tire after I had a blowout on the weekend. The office who handles tire replacements through the warranty plan I purchased at the time of my lease is closed on weekends. He offered to replace the tire for free that day and then follow up with the office the next day so that I could get back on the road and not have to come back the next day. Thanks Reza! More
