Above and beyond Reza went out of his way to get my car back on the road with a brand new tire after I had a blowout on the weekend. The office who handles tire replacements through the warranty plan I purchased at the time of my lease is closed on weekends. He offered to replace the tire for free that day and then follow up with the office the next day so that I could get back on the road and not have to come back the next day. Thanks Reza! More

I never have to call and make an appointment, I just show up and I am waited on within 5 minutes. They always offer a loaner if I don't want to wait. Their lounge area is very nice with free coffee, ice cream, water, chips and fresh fruit. Staff is friendly and efficient. Had Reza today- very nice. Main reason I own a Lexus is because of this dealership. More
