Fast and Efficient Pulled up to the service area and was immediately approached giving me my ID tag number. Fast and Courteous I got the warning for low tire pressure for one of my tires this morning and it was very low compared to the others. I discovered there was a nail in I got the warning for low tire pressure for one of my tires this morning and it was very low compared to the others. I discovered there was a nail in my tire! I was in a rush to get home to meet the A/C repair man because it stopped working last night, and I was held up longer than anticipated at work, and it was now the start of rush hour!! What a day!! So I ran in and asked how long it would be. They said best case would be an hour to hour and a half, and usually don't offer loaner car for non-maintenance service on the car. That would make me miss my A/C appointment, and It's supposed to be over 90 degrees all weekend and next week, and it is the weekend before 4th of July. I would never get another appointment very soon! I didn't even have to beg. Reza didn't even hesitate. He offered me a loaner car so I could get home and got me out of gate as quickly as possible. I couldn't believe I made it!! He called me on my way home and said they could fix it today, but that I didn't have to return it until tomorrow. I have a funeral in the morning to attend, so I said I might not be able to into end of the day. He said, "No problem." So nice to have one less thing to worry about! Thank you, Reza! More
