Fast and Courteous I got the warning for low tire pressure for one of my tires this morning and it was very low compared to the others. I discovered there was a nail in I got the warning for low tire pressure for one of my tires this morning and it was very low compared to the others. I discovered there was a nail in my tire! I was in a rush to get home to meet the A/C repair man because it stopped working last night, and I was held up longer than anticipated at work, and it was now the start of rush hour!! What a day!! So I ran in and asked how long it would be. They said best case would be an hour to hour and a half, and usually don't offer loaner car for non-maintenance service on the car. That would make me miss my A/C appointment, and It's supposed to be over 90 degrees all weekend and next week, and it is the weekend before 4th of July. I would never get another appointment very soon! I didn't even have to beg. Reza didn't even hesitate. He offered me a loaner car so I could get home and got me out of gate as quickly as possible. I couldn't believe I made it!! He called me on my way home and said they could fix it today, but that I didn't have to return it until tomorrow. I have a funeral in the morning to attend, so I said I might not be able to into end of the day. He said, "No problem." So nice to have one less thing to worry about! Thank you, Reza! More

He has an exceptional knowledge of Lexus vehicles and remembers work done on my car before without even looking at the service record. James takes a personal interest in the vehicles of each customer. He would either get the repair done quickly or give me a loaner car if the work would take more time. Either way, I have been extremely satisfied with the exceptional service from James Manikath and Pohanka Lexus. My last visit was last month (May). I was in a hurry and I dropped in without an appointment. But James accommodated me and got me out of there quickly. I was quite impressed! Thank you, James. More
