My Service person REZA was courteous, professional, and kept us informed regarding our service. Everyone at Pohanka Service is very aware of the customer service aspect of owning a Lexus. The fresh flowers in the service center and waiting area were a nice touch. They always provide both healthy and other snacks for their waiting customers. Everything in the waiting room is clean and the restrooms are spotless. I have owned three Lexus and am contemplating upgrading to a fourth and the service center is certainly one of the reasons i continue to come back. More
