Alfredo was pleasant, personally, and just a very nice guy. The service area is convenient, and I did not have to make an appointment. I was helped immediately and the facilities were great. Hit or miss... depends on your luck. You can have a hit or a miss with the service department personnel here. I have had my Lexus RX 450 serviced here multiple times and the recent one wa You can have a hit or a miss with the service department personnel here. I have had my Lexus RX 450 serviced here multiple times and the recent one was the WORST service experience with Mr. Matt Parbadia, showcasing little to NO courtesy towards the customer, resulting in leaving the dealership without getting the car taken care of through Pohanka and loosing a customer & references for life. Also be aware of their policy for loaner cars as it won't matter on how much you end up spending, if the car doesn't need to stay there for more than 8 Hours, they will not provide a loaner even if they have plenty sitting in the parking lot (unless you happen to run into one of the exceptional service advisors who cares for their customer), and expect you to be seated in their so called newly renovated lounge for hours while they finish working on the car. In past they would at least offer a courtesy shuttle, but not sure if they do that anymore. Overall the service experience can be satisfactory if you are prepared to go and sit for a long duration or have a long list of things to get done on the car, so as to get a loaner providing you an opportunity to continue your life in meanwhile. More
