There are 4 waiting areas (3 with TVs and 1 quiet reading room with computers. Snacks and coffee are freely available. When your car is ready your Service Rep comes directly to you (no call on a speaker system), reviews the repair results, coordinates payment, and walks you to your car, which (on nice days) has just been washed. At today's visit, Reza K was a perfect example of the high level of customer care provided by Service Reps at Pohanka Lexus. More
