Seriously, if you don't enjoy bringing your car in for service like the rest of the population because you feel you can't trust what you will be told Seriously, if you don't enjoy bringing your car in for service like the rest of the population because you feel you can't trust what you will be told and are about to have an awkward conversation with the service department then give Freddy a try. I don't know how you go about asking for a specific employee so I just pretend I'm on the phone until he is available. Totally worth it. Takes the dread away and makes it actually enjoyable. He's always happy, calm, answers any and all questions and will not pressure you to do anything you don't want to and will in fact tell you if you don't need something. Seriously, Pohanka, this man deserves a raise! Even though I'd hate for him not to be working the service desk!!! More

We set an appointment with Chris Chao over the phone to meet him at the dealership with my wife for a one on one crash course. From the moment he answered the phone Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to offer our appointment and even arriving at the dealership at the end of the workday he was very patient and answered our questions in a professional manner.
