He had everything prepared for me when I came in, even offered me a loaner car since the service will take 3 hrs. He was so organized, had me in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes! The next day, he got in touch with me to process payment to make my trip back to return the loaner and get my car as quick and easy as possible.
