As I was new to the area, Lagii went above and beyond to make sure I had what was needed for my car and kept me in the loop on everything taking place. Great service experience My service representative Scarlet greeted me as soon as I drove into service. I had a check engine light on my 2015 GS350 and came in around 10:30. Sh My service representative Scarlet greeted me as soon as I drove into service. I had a check engine light on my 2015 GS350 and came in around 10:30. She told me they would run a diagnostic test to find out what the cause of the light was. I wanted to know right away so I waited. Good thing I did, Scarlet had my car out and ready in less than 30 minutes. It turned out my gas cap was loose so the mechanics reset the codes and the light was gone. Scarlet is a pleasure to work with and from now on I'll see her for all my future visits. More
