Lies and Con artists The biggest bunch of con artists I have encountered in my entire life. I drove almost 3 hours because the( magician) as they called him "Abtin" the fi The biggest bunch of con artists I have encountered in my entire life. I drove almost 3 hours because the( magician) as they called him "Abtin" the finance manager, assured me that I would be approved for the loan. I signed all the documents for the final sale,and MAYBE Id be approved . I was asked to give $1000 down ( which I did not do) because I wanted to make sure the car was going to be mine. I went back home after being told the car would be delivered the next day,36 hours later ( Abtin) decided to be rude about not getting me approved. I understand my situation may have been a struggle, but the rude comments and lies were inexcusable. I called the general manager and honestly, all he did is excuse Abtin because he is known for getting deals done. Well he didn't succeed here . My advice is to go to Richmond Lexus and leave these con artists alone. More

After experiencing the extraordinary helpfulness, integrity, and knowledge of Paul Taylor, I am now a solid customer of this Lexus dealership. I'd sum the whole experience as "trust and excellence". With a situation that left for some speculation with respect to the accountability for the repair, she trusted my disposition based upon submission of findings and believed me. Beyond the cost, my concern was in principle and she approached her senior leadership to represent me and challenge the norm. Her actions where about the best one could be ever expect given the situation.I am very happy and appreciative of her efforts and highly recommend this Service Center and most notably Lagi Moore. Great response and fast completion Brought my Lexus GX470 in for side curtain airbag recall and broken window. Asad got me into the queue with a master technician. He ordered the needed window repair parts and took care of the whole service. A delivery delay occurred and Asad expedited the final repair in 90 minutes. Very pleased and will come back for other service in the future. More
Don't trust this dealership. G.M. Don't care about customer DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Spoke to Scott the Brewer (WORST MANAGER EVER SPOKE WITH) about my title that they stated that they would title and nev DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Spoke to Scott the Brewer (WORST MANAGER EVER SPOKE WITH) about my title that they stated that they would title and never collected proper info to title the car they title clerk never called to collect the info and now my plated are expired and I cant drive the car because the dealership dropped the ball and so now Scott isnt willing to pay the late fee to register the car. Now remember that the dealership stated that they didnt have my social security number to title the car and they called my bank that I financed my car with trying to get my SS info which the bank called me letting me know that they called for my SS#. So I called the dealership and spoke with Scott ans advised him if he doesn't have proper info that he doesnt have a legal contract to title the car even tho I had my own financing. So now the dealership sent me title to my bank telling them to figure it out. So now my bank has the title documents and called me asking me if I gave the dealership my SS info which I didn't so I called the dealership for 3 days and they keep telling me that they didnt have a manager I can speak with and sending me to voicemail after calling and called leaving voice mails with Scoot and Gary the store GM they got tired of me leaving messages so Scott finally called back and I asked how did the dealership got my SS info if they didnt have it he stated I sent it in and pretty much hangs up on me when I told him to email me what I sent him that has my SS info on it... THIS DEALERSHIP IS SHADY AND DONT TRUST ANYBODY THERE. Now remember that I purchased a new Lexus GS F thats $88,000 and they still treat me like crap... Also there was damage on the car that Seth signed off on with the shipping company and didn't even get a full tank of gas which is mandatory by corp Lexus on all new cars. If you google this dealership you will see they don't have a lot of good reviews so do your home work before buying from this place. Scott Brewer is the worst GM I've ever worked with. Check out yelp 2.5 stars out of 5. That's pretty sad for a high end auto dealer showed you now much they care about there customer. More
