However, in the past 5-6 years the quality of service deteriorated noticeably, to the point where I was repeatedly having to make complaints about one thing and another, and no action was ever taken to resolve the issues. Now, with this new review system, customer service has shown a big improvement. Reza Kermanshahchi couldn't have been nicer or more understanding in making certain I got what I came for. The work was finished on time, the car was clean, and I'm a happy customer! More
