I was disappointed that they started to charge the $5 per day for the loaners. They used to have that policy but all my service managers always waived it for being a long time Lexus customer, I guess. It's a small price to pay, but it is the first time I've had to in the eleven years I've been a Lexus customer at Pohanka. It's not a big deal, considering the great service. The place is always clean and cheerful and stocked full of goodies for their customers. More
