Having owned 3 Lexus in the past, we came back to Chantilly for our most recen The Pohanka Chantilly service department has this business figured out! Having owned 3 Lexus in the past, we came back to Chantilly for our most recent purchase. One of our deciding factors was how easy it is to get your car serviced. Upon arrival for our first service, we were greeted by Ashley, our service consultant. She walked us through the entire process and we were out the door and in a loaner in less than 10 minutes. (She gave us the option to stay in their waiting area that was stocked with tons of snacks and drinks- but we had a few errands to run). A couple of hours later, she called back to say the work was done and we could come pick up our car at our convenience. When you pull into the dealership, you are greeted by someone in the parking lot that takes the rental keys and shows you where your car is parked. You don't even have to go back into the building! The only thing that I missed was a big thank you to Ashley. She was fantastic and this is exactly why we will always own a Lexus! More
Accident in Service Area I took my Car for a tire replacement, after few minutes I was called inside to show the damage done to the frontside of the car when the technician t I took my Car for a tire replacement, after few minutes I was called inside to show the damage done to the frontside of the car when the technician tried to drive it to the working area. This caused damage to the car front side. The car bumper, bonnet and sensors were damaged. I expected the car to be repaired without any records on the history, unfortunately the dealership is using their insurance to get the repairs done and the history would be recorded, which eventually affect my resale value of the car. I will be happy if I see any extra compensation for the damaged caused. Shouldn't,t it be the responsibility to keep the customer happy for no fault the customer. I am being penalized for no Fault of mine. I demand for more compensation. More
