For example ,I purchased My Lexus RCF last year.Cliff spent well over an hour to walk me through the bells and whistles in my newly purchased RCF to ensure that I understood every control and button before I pulled off the lot. In addition I brought my RCS in for an oil change recently and I had an emergency call from work where I had to leave immediately. He got me in a loaner car to accommodate this emergency. Great knowledge and service I went in to get my suspensions looked at. They might be the most efficient service organization I've ever dealt with. I had an issue with my radio freezing up recently, so I brought my car to Shane and learned that it wasn't just me. Some kind of software problem with Lexus. There were maybe twenty cars there with the same problem along with other customers with regular service. The place was packed.
