For example ,I purchased My Lexus RCF last year.Cliff spent well over an hour to walk me through the bells and whistles in my newly purchased RCF to ensure that I understood every control and button before I pulled off the lot. In addition I brought my RCS in for an oil change recently and I had an emergency call from work where I had to leave immediately. He got me in a loaner car to accommodate this emergency. Great knowledge and service I went in to get my suspensions looked at.
