Poor service I wrote Pohanka about buying a new Lexus and asking to interact with either the internet manager or fleet manager. I replied to his email by noting that and pasting the questions I raised in my follow up email to him, asking him to respond. He ignored my request and merely asked me to contact him. He even kept misstating my gender. More

I recently had my cabin air filter replaced at another shop when I was in a hurry and Chris was honest and nice enough to let me know it did not need to be replaced and could remove that from the service.
