I had an issue with my new ti My experience with Mitch Buster of Pohanka Lexus was great! I took my Lexus Rx330 and IS250 in for maintenance service. I had an issue with my new tire installation. They were not correctly installed by CertiPlus. The alignment was off along with low tire pressure. Mitch Buster's customer service was pleasant and detailed. He was able to work with the mechanics team to identify and recognized a solution for the problem within 20 minutes. He also provided me with excellent and professional automotive advise. Mitch made sure my maintenance service was complete and restored to factory standards. He also provided a complimentary rental car for the inconvenience and discount for the service. Mitch Buster customer service goes above and beyond protocol. He took great care of me and I am totally satisfied with my service. Please believe when I say, "great service is Mitch Buster'. In my book his name means, "excellence"! Don't be confuse, just ask for Mitch Buster. He will take great care of you! I highly recommend Pohanka Lexus Service and I recommend Mitch Buster to everyone for all automotive needs. More

Parts Dept's Excellent Service In early May my 2016 RX350 sustained hail damage to some of the window trim moldings which needed to be replaced. The SUV was only 5 weeks old and nee In early May my 2016 RX350 sustained hail damage to some of the window trim moldings which needed to be replaced. The SUV was only 5 weeks old and needless to say I was upset about the damage. Thankfully the hood and top did not incur any hail damage as I assume that metal is stronger then the window trim. Unfortunately the weather in early to mid-May was really bad across the US and I was in competition with lots of other Lexus customers as well as the production in Canada for these parts. But thankfully Pohanka Lexus has Kevin Phillips, the Parts Mgr, who has been the only Parts Dept Mgr since this Lexus dealer opened in the late 1980s. Kevin knows how to get parts that are difficult to obtain and it only took him a few weeks to get the ones I needed. I thought it may take months and was pleasantly surprised when he contacted me last week that all the parts I needed had finally arrived. Kevin went out of his way to help a long-time Lexus owner as I have been purchasing and servicing my Lexus cars and SUVs at Pohanka since my first SC400 in December of 1992. He kept me informed of the status on a weekly basis and I could not have been m ore pleased. More

Memorial day was crazy and I drove from dealer to dealer test driving mid size SUV's. I had a very unusual situation when I walk through the doors at Pohanka. Jose Dominquez could have easily passed off my concerns or been unwilling to help. Instead, he researched my questions and found some answers for me. He went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. Jose Dominquez then found a car solution for me. Because of his genuine character and non pressure approach I felt comfortable with my decision to buy from Pohanka Lexus. I wanted to write this letter of gratitude for Jose's positive and fun attitude. I can tell that Jose Dominquez is dedicated to his work and I greatly appreciated his kindness. Navigation System Reboot Well Organized Kudos to Doug Moultrie, the Service Director, and Shane Tabit, the Service Manager, and Tej Gill, the Shop Foreman, for the orderly and expeditious wa Kudos to Doug Moultrie, the Service Director, and Shane Tabit, the Service Manager, and Tej Gill, the Shop Foreman, for the orderly and expeditious way in which they are handling the onslaught of Lexus vehicles that need to have the Navigation and Enform system rebooted after a software bug that was released by an Enform vendor throughout the U.S. yesterday crippling these systems. They have a process in place to get customers in/out within 20 minutes. I was so impressed as I thought my 2016 RX might have taken a few hours in line to have this problem corrected and not 20 minutes. This is one well organized service center! More
