I recently had my cabin air filter replaced at another shop when I was in a hurry and Chris was honest and nice enough to let me know it did not need to be replaced and could remove that from the service. They were not correctly installed by CertiPlus. The alignment was off along with low tire pressure. Mitch Buster's customer service was pleasant and detailed. He was able to work with the mechanics team to identify and recognized a solution for the problem within 20 minutes. He also provided me with excellent and professional automotive advise. Mitch made sure my maintenance service was complete and restored to factory standards. He also provided a complimentary rental car for the inconvenience and discount for the service.
