I told him the long story about how my insurance is trying to send me to this shop and I really did not like the shop they suggested. As soon as I told him about windshield, he recommended Windshield city, and surprisingly, windshield city is way cheaper than what I have been quoted as. And I told my insurance and the shop insurance referred me to about the price windshield city gave me, and they are like "hey, we can match the price for you" I was like what the heck. Thanks Hayden for such info. This guy is fully loaded with what I need to know about my vehicle. More

Your service advisor Lagii Moore was so nice to call me back to follow up with my service experience at Pohanka. She actually was the one who identified the dirty car problem at that time and immediately brought back the car for the second wash. I would really appreciate her effort at that time and her excellent customer services. I also impressed of her followed up phone call to make sure I am completely satisfy. I wasn't 100% happy when I left Pohanka, but after the followed up phone call with Lagii, I am now satisfied.
